| Details: | Phone conversation with Tracy McGreevy discussed recent rp samples with facility. This is second set of rp samples, which are tc positive, and a level 1 investigation has been completed with-in the last 12 months -this sets up a level 2 investigation at the facility. facility will set date with-in 30 days of contact for level 2 investigation. Facility noted issues related to coli-form sampling and where to sample - provided information on coli-form sampling plan, and provided web links to well classes for facility to consider enrolling in - to better understand their water system. Will work with area inspector Phebe Howe to conduct appropriate level 2 investigation. | ||
