| Details: | Jeff reported by email that the orthophosphate treatment system for the copper exceedance was installed and operational on July 14, 2023. He reported phosphate readings in the distribution system. Upon further review I found that the treatment system installation was not submitted to the OHA DWP for review and approval. I notified Jeff and the board of the oversight and asked they submit the plan review as soon as possible. In the email I provided links to the plan review page at the OHA DWP website, the water systems SDWIS page and attached a copy of the compliance letter that was sent in October 2022. I explained that in the compliance letter that "approved" means reviewed and approved by the OHA DWP. |
