| Details: | Recent results of Lead and Copper samples were delayed in processing due to database errors. After correction, an alert was issued for copper exceedance at the system for an April test set. An exceedance letter will be sent to the system via mail. I spoke with the operator at the system, Glenn Cloyd, about the exceedance, the delay in identifying it and a short summary of the required response by the system. I provided a copy of the publicly available Lead or Copper Exceedance Follow Up Procedure, sample invalidation procedure and a document to assist with L&C sample site selection. |
