| Details: | Two of two routine coliforms 12/12/18 TC+. Spoke with Dan and Michelle at Edge and system had already taken repeats and triggered samples 12/13. However, a triggered source sample was taken at a sample location that combined wells #3 and #4. The RTCR requires triggered samples from each individual source. System will take two additional triggered samples 12/14. Although system took repeat samples in distribution, none were required since two TC+ samples confirm the coliforms. Dan will take corrective action and submit a level one investigation. | ||
