Details:	I contacted Mr. Sewing and discussed recent sampling for coliform as well as connections and populations for the three systems in the Tingley Lake area. He understood the repeat process but took repeat samples as if this system was a TNC (3 repeats and a triggered). He has been informed of the repeat sampling procedure for OVS systems.
