| Details: | I contacted Mr. Kerr and informed him this system was currently in priority non-compliance status for missing a nitrate sample and several coliform samples. There was a July 27th, 2023 coliform sample which may RTC many violations. I informed him a nitrate sample was also due this year, and for the next 3 years before possible reductions. He stated he believed this was submitted along with the coliform but he would retake this nitrate sample soon to eliminate this status. | ||
