| Details: | Spoke with operator regarding Annual Summary Report for 2022. Was not submitted by March 31, 2023. Discussed deadline, and sent link to form for filling out and mailing in the summary report to DWS. Concerning the operator certification for Small Water System - operator states the course and exam were taken in Jan or Feb of 2023. Sent the link for the application form to operator. Operator states he graduated high school but does not have a copy of diploma. Contacted school and they no longer have the record. Advised I will see if there are any alternatives and get back to him. |
