| Details: | Spoke with Ron regarding total coliform repeat. There are currently no follow up requirements for an OVS after coliform repeats. However, I gave him the Level 1 form for him to investigate the cause of the positive samples and let him know that he could follow up with special samples after his shock chlorination. He stated that he has taken a special sample from the site of positive after making sure the chlorine had come down to 0.4 ppm and is awaiting results. | ||
