| Details: | Regulator spoke with Diane Deal at Lookingglass Hatchery regarding a TCR+ water sample taken on 07/06/2023. She informed me that this water sample was not taken at Lookingglass Hatchery, instead it was taken from a non-public water system at a fish hatchery on the Imnaha River in Wallowa County. A new employee mistakenly wrote the PWS ID for Lookingglass Hatchery on the form. Regulator submitted an email request to amend the form and remove the alert on this water system. |
