Box 529 Union, OR 97883 Subject: Violation Given To This Water System Dear: Mr. Phillips, Your water system was recently given a violation because a copy of the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for 2022 was not submitted to the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Program by the required deadline. Per OAR 333-061-0043, community water systems are required to deliver a CCR to customers by July 1st. In addition, the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Program must receive a copy of the CCR by the same July 1st due date. To avoid an additional violation, the CCR certification form must be received by Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Program by October 1st. Once the Consumer Confidence Report and certification form are received the violation will return to compliance.
