Details:	Survey deficiencies-update. 01.24.2024-David Funderburk informed me that he has green light from Galice Resort to do the CT enhancement and new filter, just waiting on plan review conditional approval to schedule work. Alisha also informed me that she has blocked out a week in April to shut down the system and install the needed additional loops of pipe for contact time. 10.19.2023-David Funderburk submitted a plan to address the survey deficiency, specifically: Failure to calculate CT values. Corrective actions listed in the plan: 1. System design and construction cost estimate. COMPLETION DATE: 10.31.2023 2. Plan review submission. COMPLETION DATE 12.15.2023 3. Begin Construction. COMPLETION DATE 2.19.2024 4. System Start-Up. COMPLETION DATE 2.23.2024 5. Operator Training, Provide O&M, Submit As-Built Drawings. COMPLETION DATE 3.11.2024 08.09.2023-I reached out to Alisha Combs, requesting an update on their improvement plan for increasing the total effective volume of the system. Joseph Little, in a previous email, reported that the theoretical contact time calculations with the current system showed that the system would not meet the required CT values within the Guidance Manual. Joseph and David Funderburk discussed possible improvements to increase either baffling or total volume. Alisha plans to discuss the improvement options with David and get back to me with a plan. Next steps: Alisha was instructed to provide an update on the improvement plans and a proposed date for the completion of the chlorine tracer study.
