| Details: | The water system treatment vendor collected a coliform sample on 8/9 that tested present for total coliform bacteria. I reviewed the follow up samples needed week of 8/14: 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample (pre-trt). Further action may be needed depending on results.
