Details:	NCPHD contacted Hiland Water Company about exceeding Nitrate levels 13.2 mg/L at Tooley Water District PWS 41-00911. Hiland Water Company will take Confirmation samples at both wells, take repeat sample, email a copy of their "Do not drink advisory" they sent to customers, and notify NCPHD of when they take their samples and submit them.
