| Details: | Polk Well #3 assessment sample came back positive for coliform, this well is part of EP-B which is on 4-log disinfection. No repeats are needed. Confirmed with Matt about 4-log, all wells on this part of the system turn on and off at the same time and on 4-log. | ||
