| Details: | All 6 repeats and triggered source sample for well #4 TC+. Spoke with Bruce and he will chlorinate well and reservoir, flush the system and take follow up samples to ensure absent of coliforms. He has contacted OAWU for assistance. In the interim, he may bring well #3 back on-line, but will pull a raw source sample from it first. Sent Dan a level one investigation form. | ||
