| Details: | Contacted Jesus regarding the high arsenic level from their third consecutive quarterly sample. Reminded Jesus that another arsenic sample will need to be collected between Oct and Dec so that the Running Annual Average can be determined. Jesus mentioned that they are in the process of installing an arsenic treatment through Shilo, but are awaiting additional guidance before it is finalized. Also discussed submitting a plan review application to OHA's DWS for final approval of the treatment process. | ||
