| Details: | Visited with Lisa about the need to take three repeat distribution samples, one from the warehouse location where the sample that was positive was taken and two others in the distribution system; upstream and downstream of that location. We also discussed the requirement to take four triggered samples; one from each well head. The issue is that the there are not sample spigots at or near well heads nor is there a way to turn off three of the well to only have one well feed the system so that she can acquire a sample from each well head. She will take one triggered sample at the entry point of the system just after the storage tanks. I let Lisa know that unfortunately since she would not be able to collect a sample at each well head it would result in a violation, but it would return to compliance with her fourth quarter sampling. If the repeat samples and triggered sample come back absent, three temporary routine samples will be due in October. If those are good, the firm is back to one sample per quarter. |
