| Details: | 11.28.2023-The system is currently meeting 4-log monitoring. A request was made to DMCE to have this violation RTC'ed. The system was also reminded to submit their GW compliance report within the first 10 days of the following monitoring period. 08.18.2023-the 4-Log disinfection report for July shows that the system was below minimum chlorine residual for 48 hours (the operator wrote 24 hours but 2 days at 0 is 48 hours). This is a treatment technique violation and requires posting a public notice. A note on the report made by the operator indicates that public notice has already posted. Next steps: To ensure the notice posted is formatted corrected, Rich was instructed to email me a copy of the notice. A Tier 2 template will be provided if the sign posted doesn't have the required information. |
