| Details: | Operator had questions regarding their sampling and wanted to know why they were receiving notices that their coliform samples were missed. I contacted the state and was able to review the notice letters, that were not sent to my work email. I contacted the operator and let them know that as of 6/1/18 they are on monthly sampling for coliform. They were sent a notice to collect a make-up sample on 4/11/18, but it was not received, so they are in monthly sampling. I instructed them to stay on monthly sampling until 6/1/19. | ||
