| Details: | Western Hills MH Estates’ July report shows that their water results fell below the minimum chlorine residual (i.e less than 0.4 ppm) for 14 hours. I called, left a message and emailed Robert Trotter about how a Public Notice for Western Hills MH Estates is to be posted regarding this matter, as it is considered a treatment technique violation if this occurs longer than 4 hours. I sent Robert the template for this Public Notice "GWR Failure to Maintain 4-log Treatment of Viruses Notice". I also forwarded this Public Notice template and requirements to Jessica with Hiland Water as well, as Robert was not available at the time. | ||
