| Details: | I e-mailed Brian Moore about needing to complete the tracer study to resolve a deficiency by the corrective action date of 8-31-23. The Tracer study was to be completed in July, 2023, however, due to drought conditions and curtailing water use, the study was delayed. Drought conditions worsened and they are now looking to use an emergency intertie with Manzanita to augment their existing supply. Due to the drought conditions, Brian requested that they be given more time to complete the study. The deficiency corrective action date was revised to allow them to complete the tracer study by December 31, 2023. | ||
