| Details: | Email to Lisa: It looks like the three distribution repeat samples came back positive for total coliform along with the triggered sample. The next step is to fill out the attached level 1 investigation form and return it to me within 30 days. Hoping to see if anything on the form triggers a thought as to the issue causing the positive samples. If nothing, does I would suggest having a water services company come out and look at the well heads and storage tanks to see if there is any possible points of contamination. You are welcome to take ‘special’ samples, they will not count for you or against you, but could be helpful to take after something is addressed to ensure the water sample in distribution come back absent. Your next required water testing is three routine samples in distribution to be taken in October. These can be taken on the same day from three different locations within distribution system. If these are all absent, then you are back to one quarterly sample starting in 2024. |
