| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Greg Miller from Eagle Creek Water System reached out to the circuit rider indicating that they are having problems with their well. It has had recent issues with failing bacteria tests and in the past 6 months the well has run dry several times. According to Greg the last time it was tested it went dry after pumping 21 gpm for 10 minutes. A well drilling company out and set the pump lower in the well but cannot lower the pump anymore. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke with both Greg Miller and George Lei at length about the issues plaguing their well. Based on the available information from Greg Miller, the circuit rider recommended either sending a camera down the well to determine the state of the well screen, or simply drilling a new well. The circuit rider put Greg in contact with two companies that can do video inspections of wells. Ultimately Greg Miller informed the circuit rider that the HOA board had decided to “take a more expedient course”. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can assist further as needed.
