Left a message at for Jerry that I had emailed the application for certified operator and the Annual Summary Report form links to him previously and if any further assistance was needed to please contact me. If not then the forms could be completed and submitting thus meeting the deficiencies' corrections required from the 2023 Water System Survey. | ||
