| Details: | CT was not met for one day in November. Sent Jesse an email explaining the violation. For future reference, I explained that they can avoid such violations if they catch it in time. That is, if they notice a problem and correct it (with a higher chlorine level at entry point) within 4 hours. They must also record a new entry showing they then met CT within a 4 hour timeframe to avoid the violation. I emailed Jesse the template for the Tier 2 public notice (treatment technique violation) and general instructions. |
