| Details: | Viol Num 900000218. On 12.13.2018 I emailed Mr. Sutter to find out what was the reason for the 24 hours drop in their chlorine levels. I also informed Mr. Sutter that this issue is considered a Treatment Technique Violation. A Tier 2 fillable MS Word form was attached to the email. Mr. Sutter was instructed to email me a copy of the final version of the public notice with the date it was posted. The public notice must remain posted for at least 7 days. On 12.17.2018 I contacted the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest office in Medford. I received notification that Mr. Sutter was no longer the contact person for this water system. The new contact person is Eric Grim. Next step: - Eric will post the public notice and email me a copy of the final version today. - Contact SDWIS and have them update the contact person for USFS Campgrounds with public water systems in Curry Co. |
