| Details: | 12/15/2023 survey noted several deficiencies: no operator, no lead and copper, no CSP, ASR, CCR, O & M, ERP, EA. Worked with new operator Eric and he submitted written plans for the ERP, CSP, O & M and the EA. He is now listed as the DRC and lead and copper sampling is up to date. System still needs to submit the annual CCR and ASR. |
