| Details: | Survey on 5/4/23 noted several deficiencies including no DRC, no water quality monitoring, no written O & M, CCR, ASR, ERP, EA. Worked with Eric and he is now shown as DRC and submitted an enabling authority, ERP, O & M and CSP. He also began routine coliform sampling, took the first round of 10 lead and copper and submitted a dual sample set of DBPs. System still needs CCR and ASR. |
