| Details: | I spoke with the owner about the significant deficiencies that haven't been resolved from the 2021 survey. They no longer have the chlorinator installed and are working towards getting a certified operator to be the DRC. I instructed the owner to submit an annual summary report and to post a tier two public notice informing all residents of the unresolved significant deficiencies every three months until they are all are in compliance. | ||
