| Details: | Contacted operator and discussed the completions of Enabling Authority, Annual Summary Report for 2022 (past due), and operator certification and DRC named. Operator indicated that these items had been completed, but needed forms. Application form for certified operator, Annual Summary Report info link, and Enabling Authority form were emailed to operator for completion. Also reviewed that the Lead and Copper monitoring at the 5 sites needed to be completed by September 30th 2023. Last years annual LCR monitoring was listed as a deficiency in the Water Survey. |
