Details:	2 of 3 repeats TC+. No triggered taken. Emailed Jonathon and will call him as well to remind to take a triggered source sample asap. This will help determine if source of contamination is in the well or distribution. Once we get results from triggered sample, system may chlorinate and flush and resample. Will send level one investigation form.
