| Details: | The repeat distribution samples were positive for total coliform, but the well was not. This makes me think that possibly the storage tank can be the issue. Firm may want to consider shocking the storage tank and distribution system, then flush system well and take a special sample to see if that addressed the issue. Sometime this month, three temporary routine samples will need to be taken in distribution system, all on same day is fine, at different locations. If those are good, then you are back to one quarterly sample. A level 1 investigation form was provided and needs to be returned to ODA within 30 days. |
