| Details: | Provided an e-mail to Facility Manager, Lucas Robbins, and Sales Manager, Kira Teppola, with information on submitting an initial arsenic test, an annual nitrate test, and a monthly coliform test. Also provide information on starting plan review. Lucas responded that he had taken the coliform, nitrate and arsenic tests in August. I explained that they need to be submitted to the Drinking Water Program and provided info on how to do that. |
