| Details: | I contacted site operator Daniel and review the correct repeat procedure for the most recent total coliform positive sample (3 repeats and 1 triggered). He believes there is either a storage tank issue or possibly a broken line which he will be investigating. We also have an appointment to complete a level 2 investigation next week (9/15/23). This system is currently looking into treatment for this system as well (residual disinfection). |
