Details:	2 of 3 repeat samples TC+ following 8/23 routine positive. System took triggered source sample 9/6 at it was also TC+. Spoke with Dan on the phone and emailed Dan and Jonathon level one investigation form and chlorine recipe for well. Find and fix and system will need 3 temporary routine samples in September.
