| Details: | On 9/7, Gene notified me that six of seven routine samples collected on 9/6 were total coliform positive. Roats WS #00113 was notified since it purchases water from Avion and shares Well 10 (SRC-KA). Wells in use at the time were:
On 9/14, Gene notified DWS that a routine sample collected on 9/13 was total coliform positive. Triggered source samples were collected on 9/15. The wells in use at the time are the same wells sampled on 9/7 listed above. Gene will report back to DWS the status of the additional samples collected. - MB. On 9/20, Gene clarified that SRC-BC Riverbend Well 3 was in use at the time of the coliform positive samples collected on 9/6 and 9/13 and triggered source samples were collected. - MB. 9/20/23 update: Gene sent over the completed level 1 coliform investigation. Gene noted that the finished water storage had holes in the roof and there were some potential contaminants in the reservoir floow but has now been repaired. No further actions needed. |
