| Details: | Oregon Youth Authority in Florence is continuing to do plumbing replacement. The facility has most of the plumbing replacement done with the exception of the restroom and handwashing station by the dining area. These two fixtures are the last areas to be replaced during the next renovation in Spring 2019. The system will be on a bilateral compliance agreement to allow them until October 31, 2019, to finish all plumbing replacement for compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule. | ||
