| Details: | 5/4/23 survey noted several deficiencies including lack of initial sampling for L & C and DBPs. System has begun monthly routine coliforms and submitted two consecutive months. They also took initial one of two 6-month lead and coppers (10) on august 6th and will take another December or January. Also took 2 dual sample sets of DBPs 8/8/2023, bot ND. I will select a site and submit DBP monitoring form. | ||
