| Details: | On Wed, Sep 6, 2023 at 8:01 PM Michelle emailed: On 9/6/23 a resident reported a water leak. Specifically, water bubbling up along the road outside Space #95. Pam (Park Manager) and Joe (Plumber) dug up the line, and found an issue in the main line near Space #95. The line and coupling had disconnected. The line itself is still intact. It does not appear that any dirt or other contaminants have entered the line. Unfortunately, the appropriate parts (new coupling) were not available on site for an immediate fix. Park Management will be going down to purchase the parts needed as soon as the store opens in the morning. The water to the South Side is currently shut off to avoid draining the tank. Water notices are being posted to every resident. Water Service should be restored no later than 0830am tomorrow morning (9/7/23) A special water sample will be collected for Coliform as late in the day as possible to avoid weekend sampling charges. A boil notice will only be necessary IF the sample results do not come back Absent. We had no loss of pressure in the park, the water was only shut off for safety reasons. |
