| Details: | Emailed Mr. Fujishin stating the following: It appears that the three September 11th water samples tested positive for Coliform. Because all three samples were positive there are some additional tasks I need you to complete. I need you to do the following: 1. Provide one (1) Triggered source sample from the spring by 09/22/2023. 2. Provide three (3) Repeat samples from around the campground by 09/22/2023 3. Complete the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form attached to this email. This needs to be completed and sent to my office by 10/26/2023. Email or snail mail will be accepted In addition, I attached a scanned copy of the Drinking Water Program letter that your office will receive via snail mail. |
