| Details: | Regulator spoke with Jeff Stein about Violation 900796439. The violation was a result of them not reporting a total coliform water sample in August 2023. Their seasonal operating period ended on August 31, so the regulator inquired if they did conduct a routine total coliform water sample in August 2023, but the paperwork was not forwarded to the DWP. Mr. Stein stated he will check into it. Because their seasonal operating period is 7/1-8/31, this violation will not be RTC'd until July 2024 09/19/2023: Jeff Stein provided an update. The sample was taken on August 30 and shipped to Table Rock in Pendleton, but it didn’t arrive within the approved sampling time. The lab did not perform the coliform analysis and the water system did not receive notice of the late delivery until September 5. By then the system had been closed for the season. |
