| Details: | Received results of the follow-up repeat and source samples. The repeat sample collected at the same location as the original TC+ was also TC+, and the rest of the samples were absent. The TC+ results cannot be invalidated due to the water system's having only one service connection. Emailed the Level 1 investigation form along with the requirement for three 'temporary routine' samples in October. | ||
