| Details: | Followed up with Tammy about the violation added to the Restaurant inspection. No sample was taken in August for Coliform. Sample was gathered on September 11th. After speaking with Tammy, we came up with a plan. I will contact her every 3rd Tuesday of the month to help remind her to collect samples. | ||
