Details: We received notice that Tamarack Mobile Home Park had yet to submit their Consumer Confidence Report and Annual Summary Report to DWS.
Tamarack MHP sent me their CCR and certification page in August, so I forwarded those to DWS. I also sent Joe the Annual Summary Report page for Tamarack MHP to complete and submit the ASR document to DWS.
