| Details: | I contacted Mr. McLaren and outlined the required 3 repeat and one triggered sample as a follow up to the positive coliform sample on 9/24/23. I also discussed continuing the monthly samples for 12 consecutive months to return to quarterly coliform sampling, and also discussed the overdue level 1 investigation (from October 2022 results) and subsequent required public notice related to the investigation. He stated he would attempt to locate the level 1 form he stated he completed back in 2022 and provide me with a copy. |
