| Details: | November was the first time Country Club Estates submitted a surface water treatment report. They have changed sources this year and are now subject to SW treatment requirements. The November report was their "shake-down cruise," and it was only partially complete because they had not yet obtained all the needed monitoring equipment. Without temperature readings, they could not demonstrate meeting CT/adequate disinfection, so they got a 10-point Tier 2 treatment technique violation. They also received a 1-point violation for a "late" (or in this case incomplete) submission of a report. The form they submitted was also the wrong version - for conventional filtration rather than cartridge. I emailed DRC Michael Murphy on 12/11/2018 and alerted him to these issues and the violations. I included the link to correct public notice template. I asked him who would be doing the public notices for Country Club Estates. | ||
