| Details: | Called and talked to Tawna Stratton regarding positive coliform sample. Informed her that the system needed to collect a triggered source and repeat sample and report the results before October 3, 2023. Also, asked if their chlorinator was down and she thought they did not have one. She was informed one was installed in 2016 (see https://yourwater.oregon.gov/planreview.php?pwsno=93936). She said after she was done collecting samples she would look for it. | ||
