| Details: | PFAS sampling conducted as part of the fifth round of the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR5) showed 6:2 FTS at 11.3 ppt at entry point A (EP-A) for a sample collected 1/10/23. A drinking water health advisory level has not been set by EPA or Oregon for this PFAS chemical. A letter was mailed to the water system on 9/5/23 which included recommendations to share the results with water consumers and any purchasing water systems (if applicable), report results in annual consumer confidence report, and conduct additional PFAS monitoring on an ongoing basis using an accredited lab. Info about the proposed EPA PFAS regulations and BIL-Emerging Contaminant funding was also sent. | ||
