| Details: | 09.27.2023-Dave Terrusa, the system's DRC, reported this morning via text message that the upper system well was out of water. Whaleshead resort operator was having difficulties purchasing hauled water from Grants Pass. The operator, Corinne Shrode, emailed me later clarifying that the water truck arrived. There was no pressure lost and no customer was without water. Next steps: A boil water advisory is not required since the system didn't have total loss of pressure in the lines. No further actions needed at this time. |
