| Details: | WS contact emailed me to find out if State had received the water system operator certificate and the CCR that was mailed. I contacted operator by email and phone about the need to take the lead and copper samples (5) due annually and by Sept 30th. The cross-Connection enabling authority document and the cross-connection annual report were still needed as well. Operator is to complete the enabling authority form, and someone was hired to complete the annual cross-connection report. Operator is to follow up on that report as well as the firm that was to collect the lead and copper samples. Appears that most items are corrected, just follow-up needed to confirm. | ||
